Shipping costs and delivery period

All our shipments are taken care off by our partner Bpost.


Shipments within Belgium are free as from an order of 50 EUR.  

If you opt for delivery in one of the many Bpost collect points or parcel machines than we charge 2, 95 EUR shipment costs below 50 EUR.

For delivery to a home address a cost of 4,95 EUR is charged for orders below 50 EUR.

Flowers are shipped for free. They are not shipped via Bpost but personally delivered via the local florist.

As soon as we receive your payment your order is considered final and prepared for shipment.

If you order before 16.00 o’clock your package will be delivered on the second working day following your order.

For shipments to other countries than Belgium shipping is free as from an order of 100 EUR.

As soon as we receive your payment the order is considered final and prepared for shipping.

If you live in a neighboring country from Belgium (the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, France or the UK) your package will be delivered between the 3th and 5th working day following your order.

If you live in another EU Member State your package will be delivered between 5 to 7 working days following your order. For other non- EU countries this can be up to 10 working days.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a track and trace code (barcode) via mail.

You have 3 options:

1. RECOMMENDED: Delivery in one of the more than 1400 pickup points.  

Bpost has a growing number of pickup points (book stores, gas stations, super markets,.. - see

During your order checkout process on our website you can choose between delivery to a Bpost pickup point. Instantly we will show you a map with all the pickup point nearby you. As soon as your order arrives in the pickup point you will receive an email. As from that date you have 14 calendar days to collect your package.

2. Home (or other address) delivery

The mail man will drop by at the indicated address with your package. If you are not present he will leave you a note.

Subsequently you have two options:

-You collect the package within 14 calendar days at the pickup point mentioned on the note from the mailman. You can have somebody else picking it up but make sure that that person is in the possession of the note from the mailman duly filled out and signed by you.

-You ask via the track and trace or via the Bpost client service on 022/012345 for a second delivery.

3. Delivery in a Bpost parcel machine.  

You can also opt for a delivery in one of the 136 parcel machines.

The advantage hereof is that you can collect your package at all times (even during night time). If you choose for delivery in a parcel machine during the check-out process on our website we immediately show you a map with an overview of the nearest parcel machines (see also Parcel service).

As from the moment your package is delivered by Bpost at the parcel machine of your choice you will receive a QR code and a 6 digit number via mail allowing you to collect your package 7days/7 and 24 hour/24.

Remark: for deliveries outside Belgium you can only choose option 2 (home delivery or delivery at another address of choice).


You’re not happy with your purchase? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days after receipt. You only have to pay for the shipping costs of the return. The purchase price of the product is fully reimbursed.

Shipping costs that you paid to us will be revised depending on the part of your order that is returned. The difference will be either repaid (if all items are returned) or charged (f.e. if your order value drops below 60 EUR as a result of the return).

How does it work?

 Which products cannot be returned?

You cannot return amongst other the following products:

-   Clothes worn or washed;

-  Opened or used products (f.e. an opened tube of salve);

-   Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons ( f.e. thermometers);
